Job description:
For our office in Waalre, we are looking for an (International) Inside Sales Representative. You will be part of a small and enthusiastic team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our dealers and customers located across various countries and continents. You will ensure that incoming orders are processed daily in our ERP system. You will also follow these orders proactively to make sure they arrive on time. In addition, you contribute by identifying sales opportunities, optimizing our products, and improving service to our partners.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- First-line inspection of Powerlight inspection lamps.
- Primary point of contact for international dealers and customers regarding technical issues with Powerlight inspection lamps.
- Backup/support for Benelux customers for other product groups.
- Providing training.
- Expanding the international dealer network.
- Trade show support.
2. Position:
The (International) Inside Sales Representative reports to
the Marketing & Communications Manager of Alcochem Hygiene B.V.
3. Education and Experience:
3.1 Education & Desired Knowledge
- MBO/HBO level of working and thinking.
- Technically educated with commercial affinity.
- Work experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
3.2 Personal Characteristics
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Team player: collaborates with Sales and R&D to further develop the product range and optimize products.
- Ability to work independently.
- Accurate, with an eye for detail.
